Q: What time should I expect to receive my newspaper?
A. Home delivery subscribers can expect to receive their newspaper no later than 6:30 a.m. Monday-Saturday, and 7:00 a.m. on Sundays. Any occasional delays are most likely due to weather or production problems.

Q: What can I do if I have questions about my bill?
A. Call our Customer Service Center at 406-755-7018. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with billing questions

Q: How can I temporarily stop delivery while I'm on vacation or away for part of the year?
A. Delivery can be temporarily stopped for as long as necessary. Simply visit www.dailyinterlake.com or call 406-755-7018. Please note that for weekends and holidays you must call before 10 a.m. in order to keep a paper from being delivered the next day.

Q: What time is the paper redelivered if I fail to receive it?
A. Monday - Sunday: Subscribers who fail to receive a paper by 7 a.m. should call the circulation department at 406-755-7018. Redelivery requests are accepted between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. daily. Papers within 5 miles of Kalispell will be redelivered between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Papers within 5 miles of Columbia Falls or Whitefish will be redelivered after 10 a.m. All other areas can receive redelivery with the next issue.

Q: How can I get a back issue of the newspaper?
A. You may purchase past issues at our office for the newsstand price ($1 Monday-Saturday, $2 Sundays) or call 406-755-7018 for mailing arrangements. Our office is located at 727 E. Idaho St., Kalispell, MT and is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Q: If I sign up for a promotional offer, how much will my subscription cost after the promotional offer expires?
A. After the promotional period ends, the Full Access subscription will continue and be billed at the then regular rate. Call 406-755-7018 for current pricing options or to cancel at any time.
